I spoke with EA Help through chat and was told two days ago someone would reach out to me here and update why I like many others don't have access to a key part of MUT in the Solo Battles. I'm tagging you three because maybe one of you can answer that question like i was told you guys would.
This problem doesn't affect every player or players that play H2H, which means its not a high priority and for the players it does effect that's not acceptable.
I want an answer to when this will be cleared up for the people, including myself that don't have this content even after an update to the game like today!!!
The above is from one of the community managers and this information has been given to you guys from MANY people yet still no solution or any update to a solution. Sticking your head in the sand is no way to handle customer service. How about we just do better today?
Honestly, this is becoming a serious problem for people. I know many people with this issue and EA has to rectify it quickly!
Can someone from EA explain why on an open forum I continue to find my post buried in other post instead of getting answers.
This forum is call Answers HQ yet on most of the issues that are effecting gameplay for people you guys choose to move post instead of answering them, again displaying that customer service is dead at EA.
One thing I was told by someone at EA Help live chat, the solo battles problem is a server sync issue that is being addressed with no fix time available.
Why it takes a member of the player base to get this information and not having a community manager posting such information is beyond my understanding.
I will continue to use a tag line of DO BETTER today EA!!
I’m still unable to redeem my season 3 XP tokens. I have no idea how to get someone to look at it. I have 2 from doing all the challenges and paying a bunch of money and now I’m just annoyed.
