Why are most of my opponents shiwing X factor at the start of the game?

I've seen QBs, WRs, LBs, Lineman even, starting with their X Factor already activated, how is this possible? 

Most games I'm completing my x factor numbers, but they don't show. Feeling cheated here tbh.
