WINS NOT REGISTERING

This has been an ongoing issue for the PS4 platform. I have been having this issue since 2024 October and even posted vidoes on YouTube for evidence. I'm really disappointed in this organization. I pay my hardworking money and play four quarters and to not recieve anything is terrible. I deserve some compensation or a refund for a rigged/scam game! I'm beyond frustrated!I am being hoodwinked or robbed! This is ridiculous!!!! I demand answers or payment!!
