91 out of a 97+ draft pack!!

I saved up i believe 50 thousand training to buy a 97 plus draft pack from the training tab, when I bought it, it gave me a 91 overall Dominic Lovett, why does madden do this to us? Please email me at mailto:[edit: email address removed] to fix this issue, please and thank you!
