Bought Packs and never got them

I bought a season special 2x strike elite packs for 60,000 coins. It didn’t let me open them and when I go to unopened packs they aren’t there. It shows I have 2 more packs than I actually do, but when I click on it, the strike packs aren’t there. Please help I’m so broke when it comes to coins
