Bug Reports - Franchise Mode

The two bugs below were found in franchise mode

1. If playing against the AI and you kick on the first kickoff, you will also kick at the start of the second half instead of receiving the ball.
Platform: PC
Expectation: I receive the ball at the start of the third quarter if I kickoff on the first half
Reproduceability: kick at the beginning of the game, then at the end of the second quarter, kick a field goal as the timer reaches 0:00. You will then kickoff again at the start of the third quarter.
Note: not sure if this happens every time, but it has happened a handful of times

2. AI WR for User Teams seems to default always to ON when the game starts, even if set to OFF in the main menu.
Platform: PC
Expectation: AI WR for User Teams is turned off at the beginning of the game if I have it set to OFF in the main menu
Reproduceability: In main menu, go to User Settings --> Game Options --> Catching, then turn AI WR for User Teams to OFF. Then go into the game and check the setting
