BUG: Slow-Sim is BROKEN after halftime

When slow-simming a game, after  halftime, the game "forgets" it is slow-simming, and gets stuck waiting for the user to kick - and infinite delay of games occur until you user-control the kickoff.  You cannot go the menu either to turn slow-sim back on, until the first offensive play :(
