Can’t get into snickers or any other superstar event

It’s starting to get to the point where it is becoming annoying. I paid like $80 for this game, and it’s not even working right. Madden 26 upright sucks. There are so many bugs, and coming from a game that has been around for so long, this is shameful. I keep trying to get into games, and it just kicks me out of the queue, and sometimes just crashes the whole game. Fix this stuff now!
