Can't mix and match classic uniform sets

Which game mode were you playing when the issue happened? Franchise and main menu custom uniforms

Did you get any error messages? No

What happened in the game leading up to the issue? I tried in both Franchise when playing a game, as well as creating a custom uniform set in the main menu. I can't give the Bills a red helmet from one of their classic uniforms to go with their current uniforms. Which by the way the current uniform set for the Bills is incorrect as well. The game has the away pants in the home set and the home pants in the away set.

What was supposed to happen before the issue came up? I should be able to use a helmet, jersey, or pants from a classic uniform to mix and match with other uniform parts from other classic sets or from current sets.

Do you have any screenshots or video clips of the issue? No, but this is easily replicable.
