Coaching Carousel Unavailable

Currently on an online league that was fantasy drafted with created coaches. The week was simmed and my offensive coordinator was hired mid season to head coach on a different CPU team. I now cannot play my game until I hire a new offensive coordinator but the game will not let me hire a new OC. The coaching carousel is nowhere to be found and I cannot hire a new OC to play my game.
