CPU Special Teams sliders do not work in franchise

CPU special teams sliders have not worked in franchise mode for years. Please Fix this EA!!!

    This has been an issue for multiple years. Would love to see it fixed so we can have some customization over the cpu kicking game.

    Especially since on default 50 CPU punting is terrible. And FG kicking is too good. Please give us CPU Special Teams sliders in Franchise mode.
