Thanks for the update. This has been my experience as well. They keep marking it as "resolved" when its not and then they expect you to sit there for 4-6 hours in the queue and if you aren't there when they get there they close your ticket.
Yep no luck thats how its been for me also. I have been waiting 6 hours every time to get told the same thing... im not sure how hard it is, they could even look in our binder to see we havent got anything or see that we didnt spend nor recieved the 4600 MUT points. I hope they fix before i refund.
Went ahead and got a refund there was no sign I was going to get my rewards, pointless, non efficient help from ea.... Hope it works out for you.
