Extreme Lag in Menus not fixed for Switch 2

Hello, there was another post about this that is marked as solved, however, the Switch 2 version did not receive a new update since EA said this was fixed and the menu lag is still present. It is making the game borderline unplayable. 

Is there any ETA or information about what is going on with a Switch 2 fix for the menu lag?
