Super Bowl Day Event

I was on my 8th game of the free event and during the first quarter, the game kicked me out and said "EA servers failed to connect". I just spent 2 hours of my life trying to complete this and then madden servers bugged out? Is it possible to be able obtain the winning pack or something for compensation?please and thank you.
