Welp back to madden 11 for now it seems.

I created a case with EA support, they're supposed to email me back within 48 hours. Fingers crossed.

This bug is simple man. Fix this please, we've been wainting so long. Come on EA we paid for this **bleep**.

How the hell have they not fixed the helmet yet? They simply do not care about their customers. 

Yeah this is a bug that appears in game it also effects the team name on the front of the helmet when equipped. Would be great to post a screen shot. I doubt it would get fix because the season is almost over. You can try equipping a different face mask. I notice this also happens with different addidas cleats in game. It's like it's trying to render the design and constantly flashes. I'm on Xbox and this does happen.
