Franchise coach abilities reset

Multiple human players in an online PC franchise, and we switch teams to play each other weekly.  For each of the AI teams, the coaching strategy is done when we advance each week, and we complete ours as well before switching teams to play our games.  But after switching back to your original team, the coaching strategy/abilities have been completely changed (even though it had already been completed by the user) ruining the user gameplan for the week.  Not to mention all the other ridiculous problems like playsheet and ability slots that should've been unlocked long ago and still aren't.
