Madden 26 Franchise DESYNC Error

My friends and I started a connected franchise. I played one of my friends one time with no issues. I then played that same friend again and we got a DESYNC error in the 3rd quarter of our game. Then when I started the game with my other friend we get a DESYNC error right before we kick off. Could someone tell me how to fix this?

Unfortunately not, after doing research it was looking like there was some sort of glitch in the formations where it had the same player twice. But with all the formations and schemes it would take hours to go through them all. So we just had to make a new franchise.
