Game is just terrible at this point

Can we please fix the glitches that have been in the game since day 1 I know at least 20 people in real life who have the same issues and no fixes seasons almost over and somehow the game has been un playable in my favorite game mode because you made us pay money to play a game that I literally can't load or glitches keep people from playing I just played a match and no one vault load in this happens every 10-15 games wich isn't even the worst glitches you guys are selling us practically since yall can't fix things yet you make millions of of our money and can't even fix basic issues ... like sever issues .. disconnections ... I will not be buying another madden untill I am convinced you guys actually care about your customers ... obviously  you don't or these things wouldn't be in the game since day 1 and never fixed its honestly a joke at this point if you need evidence I can send a multitude of videos
