Goal posts are different strange colors

I pre-ordered the MVP bundle about a month before Madden 26 came out. ever since Madden came out my game has been having all kinds of bug issues. The goalposts will appear in different strange colors like black, purple, orange, and different weird tie-dye like variations. Basically any color except for the one it’s supposed to be. I’ve tried everything from updating the game when EA has released patches, closing the app and re-opening, restarting my console, uninstalling and so-on. Nothing is fixing the issue. How do I fix this? This makes kicking field goals practically impossible. I can’t see the goal posts well enough. Also it just looks dumb. Can I get a replacement copy for the game? It seems my copy itself is the only one with such issues. All my friends who bought it don’t have this issue.
