Theme team surge XP bug

I'm 15750 theme team surge XP away from the 99 card and the objective screen won't load. It's just the green theme surge background and nothing else. I have no way of knowing at this point how to achieve the rest of The needed XP to get the 99 card I've already completed the all theme team surge events and solo challenges. This sucks I want my 99.
