Sorry to hear that you encountered a player displaying sketchy behaviour in-game and lost your win rewards.
Please feel free to report the player you found suspicious by locating their username through EA Connect under the 'Recently met' tab and clicking 'See player actions.' The team will be able to investigate their behaviour from there.
