Has Auto Pass Been Removed?

It is still in Game Options but has not worked for months. Is this a new feature, like removing Owner Mode? This is most likely the first of many changes that will kill the already weak Franchise mode. Madden has its issues, but I would always play my franchises into late summer, but this year, any immersion that has been in franchise is gone. Every update I jump in the see in Auto Pass is back... I wish they would just tell us it has been removed and let us move on.
