Head to head Rank

I want to start by saying we pay good money to play a quality game yet I'm having trouble playing head to head Rank. As to where it takes me to a black screen then to my home screen. On top of that I get a lost smh. It does allow me to play reg head to head. Is anyone else dealing with this sort of issue. EA fix the game..
