Heavy stuttering in H2H

Ever since the latest patch H2H stutters like crazy on PC. Disabling On-Field Visual Feedback mostly fixes local content but if this needs to be included in a hot fix. This persisting until the next full patch would be the most laughable thing I've ever see a multi billion dollar company do...
