That workaround is specifically for not being able to connect to MUT. If you're frequently disconnecting, that is most likely connection related. Are you on a wireless connection by chance?

Yes I have but I never had problems until now

Disconnects and lag are common with wireless connections. Your best bet is to switch to a wire. You can also try the connection troubleshooting steps here, but as long as you remain on wireless, disconnects and lag are going to occur.

My problem is that I can’t access to mut…my PlayStation is always connected and until 5 days ago i havent problems…

i start the game and when im in the main menu, before click every option, i recived the messages lost connection and our servers cannot process your request. I read that many people have the same problem…its an ea servers problem.

I always use a wired connection.

1. Reconnect to EA Servers via Right Trigger/R2
2.  Enter Superstar >Showdown Ranked
3.  Exit Superstar to Main Menu
4.  Go to Notifications and select "You've unlocked a MUT Item"
