I Form H Tight 95 Mike isue

FB is running into the QB rather than leading through the hole. It works fine out of GB's Close Flex playbook. Here are the videos. I have tried different QBs, FBs. It doesn't seem to matter how intelligent the player is or the speed of either of them. Can you please look into this. Actually I wonder why all lead plays do not act as the Close Flex FB acts. Most of them hop to the side before leading through the hole. I played FB and was never taught to take this false step before destroying my target. Is there a reason for this.
