Kick off in landing zone and kick returner letting it bounce

IF A KICK OFF IS IN THE LANDIING ZONE ONE OF THE KICK RETURNS SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY CATCH THE BALL, THERE IS NO REASON WHY THE KICK RETURN IS LETTING THE BALL DROP AND HAVING IT ROLL CLOSE TO THE END ZONE&nbsp;

There is absolutely no reason that on a kick off / kick return the ball should be anywhere in the landing zone and the kick returner not catch it. Players are using this to try pin players and gain field position.
