Kicked from event after winning game 12/13

Was on game 12 of the event, won the game 7-24. Game finishes and I hit finish game and instead of the normal window that shows the win and rewards I was sent to the main menu of the game. Went back to UT and was at first game 12 doesnt show as played but when I try to launch a game it said event in progress please collect your rewards and boom I was given the loss in a game that supposedly was 0-0. Some kind of make right is needed because this is outrageous.
