The game ate my 95+ or 98 pack

I spent money to buy the premium season 7 pass on ultimate team yesterday.  As I opened the 95+ or 98 pack, my game crashed sending me back to the xbox home screen. I've loaded up madden multiple times since then and the pack has not reappeared, so it seems to just be gone forever. I've gone on the live discussion 4 times and every time i re explain my issue, then spend at least an hour and a half waiting to be transferred to the "relevant department". All in all I've wasted a lot of time waiting for someone to fix what I thought was a simple issue. This game and franchise is just an embarrassment to be completely honest.
