Madden 26 Online Franchise User Glitched Out of League

Hello,

After the server downtime earlier today, 3-21-2026, my friend noticed an issue where they weren't able to continue within the franchise mode league as the team they picked and it only gave them the option to pick a team and to make a coach. I logged in to check to see what I could do and it shows that the team they had originally was still occupied but with absolutely no user info or any way of removing the now glitched user.

Is there any way to get this resolved somehow and to roll back to a working instance of our franchise league?
