M26 Franchise - Draft Timer Has Expired bug

This bug has been around now for at least 3 Maddens.   

During the draft, even when picking a player with time on the draft clock, intermittently get an error message when picking a player that the Draft timer has expired.  The user has to back out of the Franchise and reenter the league and draft in order to select the pick.  Often times, the actual timer runs out in the process and cpu picks the player.
