M26 Franchise FA Active Negotiations bug

This has been in Madden Franchise for multiple years.

The Active Negotiations need to be coded to delete all active negotiations at the end of FA.  This bug usually occurs when you place a bid on a player and they don’t accept it and you Advance to FA Recap.   The Active Negotiation carries for every subsequent season in Madden Franchise, never going away. Ludicrous this is still a thing.

Photo attached shows FA1, the following season.  There are no targets/bids on any players, yet it shows 5/3 Negotiations.
