Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

Same my has been saying this for months now and can’t play superstar mode 

We pay a lot for these games! Has there been any movement on it?

Can we get an update EA_Kent. It's been 10 days of radio silence on an issue that has been an issue for over a month now. You'd think with how much the game cost and all the money that is put into the game from your customers you'd want to get it fixed faster so we'd be willing to spend more money. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of refund requests if this from persists. I know I'll be asking for one.

My one mode I play on Madden has been down for almost a month can we get any type of response?

 haven't been able to load the game mode for over a month now but ive noticed that all the EA Madden content creators still have access to their superstar mode and all anyone can say is your team is working on it, what is the issue and why is it you cant you fix it but you can update the game and even put a new career path in superstar mode based on the new update and we cant even play, this is beyond frustrating please take care of your customers I have purchased madden every single year it had been released, i just want to play superstar mode and I cant, please can you fix this or give us refunds
