Sooo I like many others on this forum have wasted money purchasing this game. And like many others have not been able to access superstar mode for legit months! I tried posting it on forums, I did the EA chat support, and today I tried reporting it via email. What's the response you ask...take a look for yourself. The problem is us guys! We're not reporting the problem on the forum! Just let EA know you're having the trouble and they can get it fixed faster! What a **bleep** joke. If anyone is interested I did respond that email and will post their response if I even get one.
