Hey, I’ve been trying to get my superstar mode working for quite some time now (3+ months), and I’ve done everything im the book to reinstalling, unlinking and linking it back, etc. Nothing seems to be working, I made a new account and seems to be fine but when I come to my account it doesn’t work I get the same error code.
I don’t how to fix this, but if there’s any way to do so please help! God bless!
It is clear that EA Sports does not monitor these forums to provide customers with quality feedback, or in most cases, any feedback of any quality! I have never seen a company devote resources to a community forum, complete with the option to post bug reports, only to have well over 98% of those reports go without any response, much less a response that might actually help solve the issue.
Superstar has been bugged up to the point of not opening since October when EA released a patch that seemed to have screwed up the data being transferred and kept on the Madden servers. It causes not only the error you show (that many others have reported) but also the data retrieval error.
