Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

What do we expect from EA.  This might be your last CTR w NFL.  And u can't get any patch updates working correctly??  After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled.  ...

Its been 4 months since ive been able to log into my superstar mode. It keeps giving me an Error (263). Feel like ive wasted my money

Has anyone else not been able to play superstar for the last couple of months mine keeps throwing up some code on ps5
