So when I try to go on superstar mode in Madden 26 it says, An error has occurred. Please try again. (263) If this issue persists, please contact EA Support or visit the EA Forums. So now that’s what I’m doing, please EA fix this I
When I try to go into superstar mode a error says I must connect to EA servers, so I went to Madden 25 got into superstar mode just fine so I have to be connected to EA servers. EA could you just put up a correct error message? Here's what I think with it being superbowl Sunday the servers has to much traffic and thats why I cant get in to Madden 26 superstar mode. Anyone else having the same problem? Any thoughts or if you're experiencing the same problem please let me know it would be greatly appreciated.

I mean seriously! Do you not have any sense of professional pride in your work? You just released another update to the game and the Superstar mode remains completely broken since October of 2025!
The level of shame you folks at EA Sport should have in your quality of work is profound. Great game when it works, but even if a Ferrari is broke, it is no good at all. There is no excuse for this any longer. EA has been the most successfully litigated company in the video game business and it seems to me this is the only method to get your attention.
I predict you are going to suffer another needless class action suit given the fact that four months have elapsed since the data retrieval bug was reported to you and it is still not fixed. One cannot even uninstall the game, clean all the saved files from the console, reinstall, and overcome this bug and it keeps Superstar mode from even opening. It is a complete failure of the game mode, and you folks don't seem to care!
I completely agree I've been on chat for EA for days and they can't give me any time frame when this issue will be resolved.
Haven’t had superstar acces since October. Unlinked my account and back again, still nothing. Need a refund or a full credit for 27’. This is outrageous.
Has anyone been able to launch Superstar mode in Madden 26? Mine has been down since superbowl Sunday. The error is always the same I've lost connection with EA servers then a error message that says problem retrieving data. This is longest that EA superstar mode has ever been down. I understand when there is server issues but this is clearly in the game, if anyone who was having issues logging into superstar mode now can could you please let me know.
