I have been trying to play madden 26 superstar for weeks and have been getting the same error code and not being able to play my favorite game mode this year. I feel that if you have billions of dollars in the bank as a company you should be able to fix a simple glitch.
I’ve been trying to play superstar mode for a while now and it does not work I’ve been reaching out cen I at least be refunded because that was the only reason I bought you guys game

I have not been able to play the superstar mode for around 3 months and just recently it has started giving me the code (263). The only “solution” that I have found is unlinking and linking my account but that hasn’t worked. If anyone knows a real solution could you please help, I have had a couple players graduate from ncaa and would like to play them.

i’m trying to superstar mode on Madden 26 but it keep saying “error has occurred “ (263)
every time i try superstar there an error how do i fix it
Whenever I try to load up a game in superstar I'm either on an eternal loading screen that doesn't say or do anything or it loads and most of the icons are just gone, like the space bar for hold to skip and the icons for the plays and passing keybinds, the game also freezes during this time.
As frustrating as it is, I have found a way to play superstar mode. If you have a seperate account from the one you normally play on, you can log into it and sign out your normal account and play. It’s insanely annoying that I can’t even use my normal account and needs to be fixed but for what it is, at least we can play.
It wont let me play superstar mode, why is that? It keeps saying connection error.
