Madden superstar is cooked

I have to admit my first post at this forum was made four days ago to report a bug issue with Superstar mode that prevents me selecting the option to play the first game of the preseason. And it has not even been replied to. I have been unable to play MLB 26 for this time and the other modes all require me to sign up for paid services I'm not at all interested in.
This is really sad. Up to this point, it was a very enjoyable game to play, but if the title isn't going to be supported when something breaks that prevents game play, then it sours the experience. I do not understand the wholesale lack of attention to bug reports that are submitted.
