Madden superstar mode

Hello my superstar quarterback I payed to upgrade his  stats to lvl 71 and then it reset my overall on my character and now it won’t let me upgrade my skill anymore it has me stuck on the ability’s upgrade screen I’ve reset the game I’ve played a game I’ve made sure I’m on the right page and nothing works it won’t let me level past 68 overall even tho I have 120 skill points to spend
