Madden UT Rep Glitch

I’m having a serious problem with my rep not going up anymore I should be in the top 100 I have achieved 3,181 MUT rep and I won my last game witch would give me 3200 and put me in the top 100 and it’s not going up anymore I closed out came back in and it still didn’t move I need help to see if I will get my rep or will I just be stuck and have to wait untill next season ..I spend a lot on this game this shouldn’t be happening it’s too deep into the year for this game to still be having bugs and not rewarding people for what they earned ..and I have proof that it didn’t give me my rep who do I have to speak to ?
