Madden won’t load on Luna-returns to home screen

When I try to play Madden NFL on Amazon Luna, the game loads briefly and then returns to the Madden home screen with no error message. Other Luna games load and play normally. My EA account is linked and Amazon Luna support has already submitted a report. I am trying to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue or has found a workaround.
