Madden won’t load on Luna-returns to home screen

When I try to play Madden NFL on Amazon Luna, the game loads briefly and then returns to the Madden home screen with no error message. Other Luna games load and play normally. My EA account is linked...

Same exact issue here. Now when we click on play, we get an error message that says, “cloud storage is full.” But we can’t click on it and proceed. So frustrating!
