So, the update completely broke everything for me, and I've had enough.
I had to change a lot of settings and I still have stuttering while playing, but it's somewhat playable. However, something new has come up, which is that occasionally the game seems to think my right stick is constantly being pushed in one direction. I noticed this when I was in the Franchise menu, and the stats kept scrolling non-stop without any input from me. I swapped my controller for a new one—same problem. Then I restarted the game, and it worked again.
I barely start a game, and as soon as I press Triangle, the D-Pad doesn't even open; it just does something else (probably because of the right stick bug). It's the same when audibling. It's just incredibly annoying.
But today was the worst: I'm playing, and suddenly after an offensive play, a Fake Spike. I thought, 'Okay, maybe I pressed the wrong button?' No, after my play, I put the controller down, and again, a Fake Spike... Game restart, resumed the game, and after two offensive plays, the same thing happened again...
