Missing Twitch MCS Stream Content

My twitch drops stop tracking after I made my first twitch claim. I know other people are having this issue. I want my Kyle Hamilton card and my other packs.

i clicked claim drop got a error and now its saying this reward is no longer available. after watching for four hours! i feel like everything im supposed to get granted to my account never happens. its always a hit or mis

I just watched  the mcs broadcast from beginning to end.  I would like my 87ovr TE from Atlanta.  It was promised we watched we would get these cards. Please make this right. I didn't get any cards after watching for hours. .

I watched the full twice mcs stream and claimed my Kyle Hamilton but have not received him on my mut teams or packs yet

Hello, I watch over 2 hours of madden 26 MCS and didn’t get my card how do I get my reward 

Hi I watched the mcs for 3 hours and after getting to 86% for the Kyle Hamilton card it stopped increasing is their anyway to put the card in my account thank you 

Are there any  community managers that could help me or advise me on how I can get the drops from watching mcs yesterday? I would greatly appreciate it. 

I watch the Madden Kickoff Challenge stream today to claim my Kyle Hamilton for 2 hours and 30 mins.  I made sure ahead of time all my accounts were linked (Twitch, EA, PlayStation).  I just logged in after work and nothing is here for me to claim.  Fix this now because this is ridiculous.  I spent two hours for this and got nothing. 

I was watching the madden stream last night for over the amount of time to get the 87 Kyle Hamilton card, the stream says I was only at 97% because of the buffering when I was driving. I wanted to see if this can be fixed and I can get the card. It only says I needed 4 more minutes but I am sure I passed the required time to obtain the card but did not because of the stream lag

The twitch account is connected to my ea account and I already claimed the twitch drops and still haven’t received the packs and the Kyle Hamilton. I would like to receive my packs and Kyle Hamilton.
