Yesterday I was attempting to make my king hand pick, but the server froze causing me to restart my system. Now it says that pack was redeemed, but there not selection to input into the kings guess evidence pack for the player on October 31.
Is there a workaround that would allow me to re-choose that be amazing.
Same thing just happened to me also. Only showing cleats in the set, missing QB and Chase.
Hopefully they fix this issue before Oct 30th and give us out selections
Very similar situation. I had just placed the QB position item into the Kings Guess token set when my game crashed. After i returned into UT, the item was no longer in the set, the item was no longer in my binder, and the position guess pack shows that it has already been redeemed. Hoping it gets fixed before the drop and i miss out.
When does or how does EA get involved to assist with these matters typically?
What make it worse is that now have additional clues to use and will not let me redeem them again.
