Community ManagerTry this. Play a full game with whatever roles the game gives you. After that, back out completely. Then, swap roles with your friend. Play another full game. Then try playing with your regular roles again.
We cannot swap roles and play. I can only go offense. if we try to go different we just get kicked when searching.

Can you both queue with the "any" role?
Yes. But we get the same exact role every time. If we try to do something other than any we cannot find a game. There are people in this thread who have also had this issue for a month. There isn't a solution on our end.
