Ultimate team multiplayer game search continues to queue without finding game

Can somebody please help I keep having trouble with multiple accounts now to where I will try to play a game with friends and ultimate team squads I will join a lobby with friends and search for a game and it just continues to search forever over and over until it times out then we have to research and then research when I leave the lobby and another player or another friend joins. They are able to get a Q and get into a game it seems to be something that’s wrong with my profiles and my profile specifically does anyone have any answers to this? I can play every other game mode hit the head franchise CFM, but for some reason when searching with friends to queue a squads game, it will just search without putting us in a game
