No progression with my team pass

I brought madden 26 about a week ago, at that time I paid for the season 1 team pass but have gotten any progression & played every game mode in the game to try and trigger the progression bar to move. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the application, also I paid to advance pass levels again try to trigger the progression bar to work. I really hope someone can help me with this problem or at least refund me for the purchases I made.
