Solo Cloud Franchise Temporarily Unavailable
Hi EA Support,
I’m having an issue accessing one specific Madden 26 solo cloud franchise. When I try to open the league, I get a message saying the franchise/league is temporarily unavailable and to try again later.
This does not seem like a general connection issue because my other cloud franchises load normally. The issue appears to be isolated to this one specific cloud franchise save.

I have already tried restarting the game, restarting my system, checking my internet connection, and opening other cloud franchises. Since other cloud franchises are working normally, it seems like this specific franchise may be stuck, locked, or corrupted server-side.
Can someone please check whether this specific franchise can be restored, unlocked, or repaired? I would really appreciate help because I do not want to lose this cloud franchise save.
